Lock screen error

Hai, after update to Marshmallow I am having trouble on lock screen settting. I cannot turn it on, it's always say UNFORTUNATELY SETTING HAS STOP.
Any way to same this problem?

to narrow down the issue, boot in >>> safe mode

I have the same problem: "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped." upon opening on lockscreen menu. Same on the Safe Mode, problem still persist.
