Hello everybody i'm new here
Today i just bought a Sony Xperia M4 Aqua E2363 Dual SIM. But the problem is when i'm insterting the nano-sim after the restart process can't connect on the network at all, when i go to search for networks, is showing up the T-Mobile networks such as 2G 3G or LTE (4G).. when i choose T-Mobile no matter 2G, 3G or 4G.. after some period is saying ''Could not connect to network now. Please try again later''. So i'm pretty stuck without phone at the moment, when i went to APN settings everything is blank or empty, does i have to set everything for the network too ?
Is this a problem with the phone like malfunction ? or is something the settings that messed ? Because if is a malfunction i can return it when is still under warranty.. some help would be appreciated. Big Thanks

New Update: today arrived my new M4 Aqua E2363 Dual, and thanks God this one works great so far, i made call, the network is full coverage etc.

That's rather odd, was this a new or used phone?

How old are the NANO SIM cards?

you could repair the phone with PCC and try again

is brand new, i never buy 2nd hand phones, and the nano-sim is new, just i bought it today, really have no clue what can be, was so happy after 5 yrs to buy new phone.. now happen this ._.

nope even after the update still the same.. so i bet i'll have to go tomorrow from where i bought the phone for additional info of what i have to do. thank anyway

update: in meantime i ordered new device. For now i bought an adapter that i can use the nano-sim into a standard 4FF or the old big standard SIM.. when i insert first the SIM number in to my old Sony Ericsson Vivaz Pro phone, there working fine i made even a call, when i remove it from the adapter and then i insert it into the M4 Aqua, finally is connecting on the network full coverage, but now the problem is i can't make nor even receive calls.. also i can't send SMS or use internet at all. My settings is currently set to use GSM only, when i tried the other options, i lose the network and then i can't even connect back even if i choose GSM only again, i'm getting Error could not search for networks. Then i switched off the phone, re-insert the SIM card in to my old phone and then return it back to my new phone, voila there's again network coverage.. but no calls can be made.. seems this is pretty messed up phone, so i'll wait for the new phone to arrive and this to be replaced. Hope the new one wont be faulty as this one
