M4 AQUA Restarting itself and shutting itself down.
I just got the phone on July 6. Within 2 hours of starting it up at the store it had restarted itself. In 72 hours the phone had 58 System Incidents. Went back to the store had the hardware & sim card replaced. Now the new device is doing the samne thing, but worse! Since July 11 till now I have had 99 System Incidents!!! What is the problem?? I tried doing all the resets and PCC, unloading apps & their updates... Still resets every 20mins or less... Sometime it just completly shuts down! 2 Brand new out of the box devices faultly? Or is it a hardware issue.. I called sony support, they claim (as well as my service provider Virgin Mobile) that I am the first person in North America to be having these problems with their new phone!! The chances I got the only 2 defective ones in a row. I think the odds are to small... Can anyone enlighten my situation or offer suggestions?? I waited 4 years to get a new phone... Maybe I should have waited longer

Aare you using the correct SIM card size or did you trimmed a SIM card? remove both the SIM and SD cards and try to use it, does it work? were you able to repair the phone with PCC?

Yes I am using a Nano sim with the NFC. Tried running without anything inserted and that did not work either. Did you even read my post? PCC was done and there was no affect, still contiunes to restart.

Now, I appoligize for the way my comment read out. I have read through quiet a few of the boards and I do see your name pop up quiet frequently. I read most of all your other comments to the other users and tried pretty much everything suggested. I was listing off what I tried already. So I wouldnt waste people prescious time, (including yours). Would youi still be willing to try to help me out?

Sure thing, this is what I would do, remove all cards and then try PCC (run PCC > support zone > repair )
if this doesn't work then try to boot on safe mode
