M4 aqua touch not working

Hey team, my m4 aqua touch is not working and need to know how much will be the cost to repair the phone, in service centre they told it will be cost around 10k to make that work, I wonder why it costs too much for all Sony related poducts, if I search for the touch screen parts in online the cost is around 1.5k, why there is a huge difference are you guys trying to loot from us??? For the same cost of repair I can bye a brand new mobile and for sure I will suggest my friens not to buy Sony brands

Iam unable to understand this concept, you know the product details and it's price all around the world, you are the guys who transport the mobile parts to service centres and how come you don't know the price to service the phones...Are you trying to make us fool?? I want the reason why you don't know the price of service.

I'm sorry if you think that I'm trying to make a fool out of you, I would not do such a thing.

The reason I don't know the price of repairs in your region is because I don't have access to these outside the region I'm based in which is the Nordic countries. This is a global forum and some routines can differ between different regions. In general your device also needs to be examined by a service technician before it can be determined what needs to be repaired and what the price would be.
