mic won't work with loudspeaker in any calls, even in fb calls

Mic stops working when I open loudspeaker during calls -phone or Internet calls such as Facebook calls- no matter what settings I change - noise suppression, voice enhancement or okay Google detection- on or off, the problem is the same, no one can hear me when I open loudspeaker.
It seems to be android related.

Can you try this.

Enable loudspeaker before call connects.

Enabling loudspeaker before connection doesn't change a thing.
The problem doesn't exist with imo or line apps.
I've faced a touch problem with my phone at top left of screen which was caused by an earlier version of fb messenger app and it was solved in later updates, so I assumed that maybe again fb messenger is the problem and uninstalled it and restarted the device, but mic won't work though.

After I update my phone to marshmallow other person can't hear my voice if I turn on loud speaker. I did the full format from pc companion. This problem happen not only the normal voice calls. Even in Skype, viber, whatsapp. how to fix this bug.

try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion, one more time. do not restore your apps , and try to perform a voice call,, does it work?>
