My m4 phone died suddenly

I had a 4% of the battery and the phone suddenly switched off and no longer included.
There was a red battery at first (the phone was all the time under the battery charger)
After it flashed 3 times the stop light and the phone stopped to react neither nothing. All the time he is charging and NOTHING.

bye my new xperia? Crying_Face Crying_Face Crying_Face Crying_Face

The red battery icon appears on the display now? Could you try charging the phone for 1-2 hours again and then try to power it on?

@xszymi1337

Connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 - 3 hours > repair the phone with PCC

Hi @xszymi1337,

Does the device react if you press the volume up key and the power key together at the same time for 5-10 seconds?
