Hi,
My experia M4 aqua has a microphone problem and needs sent off for repair. I have completed all the details and am now waiting to receive an email from sony telling me how to go about returning phone for repair which they say they will do by email. I have been waiting for 3 days. Has anyone done this and can they tell me how long they had to wait for the email with return instructions?. I;ve also contacted their support by email to mention this but still no response.

Have you used the Xperia Care/My support function via our web page? As far as I know, you should receive an email once you have registered/confirmed the order. The email will be sent to the address that you used to registrate the repair with.
But since this is handled at local level, I suggest that you place a call to your Local support for further assistance.
