Hi @Ya_Kha,

I'm sorry to hear about this. Slightly_frowning_Face

So every time that you download a new application from the Google Play store and you open it up, the phone restarts itself twice and after that you can use the application without the phone restarting, is that correct?

You mention that you have an SD card in your phone, when the download and installation of the app is completed, are you moving it to your SD card before you start using it? If you are, could you try downloading a new app, don't move it to the SD card and see if the phone restarts when you open up the application for the first time?

Let me know how it goes! Slightly_smiling_Face

Thanks for the update!

That has to very annoying and I'm sorry that I misunderstood your question.

Does this happen with all application that you start in your phone, or is it specific applications, for example applications that have been moved to your SD card?

If it's all of them, could you please try and reboot your phone in safe mode and start one of the applications that you experience this behaviour with and see if the phone restarts or not, just to make sure that this isn't caused by a third party application.

If it only happens with some specific applications, make sure that they are updated to the latest version, you can also try uninstalling it and reinstall the app(s) again.

Keep me posted! Slightly_smiling_Face

the phone restarts on all apps once the wifi is on in a day, the app may be facebook, which is on phone memory by default, whatsapp which is again on phone memory, the apps are updated version and may it any other mail app which i open , the phone once in a day restarts onceand then again it restarts again, then it works as usual,

Another problem the data of whatsapp which was earlier downloading on SD Card, now goes to Phone Memory, i dont understand why, contacting whatsapp has not given any help.

Do let me know what can be done  and how to rebbot in safe mode.

Hi again!

To reboot your phone in safe mode, press and hold the ON/OFF button until you see the "Turn off" option on your screen, press and hold "Turn off" for 3-4 seconds and a new window will appear that asks if you want restart your phone in safe mode, tap on OK.

Have you checked in the settings for the app if there is an option to change where the data should be stored? You can access the settings if you tap on the 3 dots / 4 lines in most applications.

Let me know how it works in safe mode! Slightly_smiling_Face

still the problem remains, the phone restarts as the internet is connected, i don't understand what is affecting the performance or what would be the final solution of it.

Sorry to hear that it's still restarting. Slightly_frowning_Face

Since you experience the same in safe mode, could you please try removing the SIM and/or SD card in your phone and see if there is any difference?

If it continues to restart, I would recommend performing a software repair using Xperia Companion (click on the link and a new tab will open up).

When you perform a software repair, all data on the internal storage will be deleted so it's advised to perform a backup using Xperia Companion prior to starting with the repair.

Keep me posted!
