Poor after sales service

HI,

I AM FROM MUMBAI,INDIA

I BOUGHT SONY M4 AQUA ON 10 NOV 2015,I HAD VISITED SERVICE CENTRE AROUND 13TIMES,EVERY TIME THEY COME UP WITH A SOLUTION OF SOFTWARE UPDATE,ONCE THE WARRANTY GOT OVER THEY HIGHLIGHTED THE ISSUE OF CORRUPTED BOARD,SONY INDIA HAS HARRASSED ME MENATLLY AS WELL AS PHYSICALLY,THEY ASKED TO PAY 9500/- FOR REPLACEMENT OF MOTHERBOARD.I DENIED TO PAY 9500/- AND FILED A CASE IN CONSUMER FORUM.I WAS PLANNING TO BUY A SONY LAPTOP,BUT I AM REALLY AFRAID OF SONY AFTERSALE SERVICE,WILL NEVER BUY SONY PRODUCT AGAIN AND NEVER ALLOW MY FRIENDS,RELATIVES TO BUY SONY PRODUCTS.JUST WAITING FOR CONSUMERS FORUM DECISION.

I understand that you are frustrated but SCREAMING it's not the way to go, I don't understand how they did that, but you might want to contact the police if you were physically harrassed.
