Proximity sensor fault

It's full of manufacturing defects,
And sony will not make replacement,
I had bought a new sony Xperia m5 dual only one month before,
The proximity sensor doesn't work properly,
When I ask replacement they are telling that they will repair and give it to me,
Is it my fate to use a repaired phone where it has manufacturing fault.

The Sony Xperia technical team also said that other than notification light,
all the Xperia phones with proximity sensor glow during call okay,
You go and learn about proximity sensor and come here...

I have also faced this problem and I submitted my device to Sony Service Center and they repaired the software and after that proximity sensor started working, It's just a software issue, Don't worry that much ask them to repair only software

FROM DATE OF PURCHASING I AM FACING FRONT CAMERA & BACK CAMERA WHILE USING . I USED THIS PHONE ONLY 4 MONTH . I SUBMITTED MY SET WITH CARE CENTERE AFTER ALL MY BUSY SCHEDULE BUT SONY COMPANY IS VERY THIEF DURING REPAIR MY MOBILE NOT GIVE ME INITIALLY.

MOST INTERESTING IS MANIER TIMES CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE DIVERTED MY SUBJECT AND IGNORE MY REQUEST. 

IN FEATURE NO GARUNTEE OF THIS PHONE . SO MY LAST REQUEST IS TO REPLACE MY XPERIA XA DUAL

ALREADY I WEASTED MY 1 MONTH. ABOVE MATTER IS TIME TAKING AND  DONT KNOW HOW MUTCH TIME REQUIRED.BECAUSE NO VALUE OF CUSTMER IN SERVICE CENTER AND CARE CENTER.

NOTE-SONY MOBILE OR OTHER PRODUCT IS VERY BAD DONT USE ANY BODY THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT BECAUSE

I HAVE EXPERIENCE OF SONY PRODUCT AND FINALLY I CAN SAY DONT USE OF THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT

I'm sorry to hear about your experience but I don't quite understand the problem, keep in mind that this is a user based forum and there's no need to scream.

I've also had proximity sensor problem in Xperia M5 dual.
I've confirmed this problem in sony helpline number.
I've visited the service centre on the second day and asked for replacement in 7 days replacement policy in India.
I've told them this phone has manufacturer fault in proximity sensor.
They told me that is not a problem,It is default in the phone and so we can replace only when a phone has a manufacturer fault.
After one month once again visited and told that I'm having very disappointed with that proximity sensor problem.
After one month they are telling it is a fault and told we will repair it and give it to you.
I've spoke to cheif executive in helpline number.
He is telling me that he will repair and give it to me.
MY QUESTION:
WHY SHOULD I USE A FAULT PHONE REPAIRED?
WHEN I'VE VISITED THE SERVICE CENTRE SECOND DAY?
I ALSO HAVE A WITNESS FOR THE SECONDDAY VISIT...

I've told that after twenty days i found the exact hardware problem of proximity sensor.
But I had the issue from the second day.
One more thing to say:
I've visited Authorised service centre on the second day and asked them for replacement in seven days replacement policy.
Service centre only told that is not a fault.so we can't replace.
But after twenty days I've still facing issue from second day and then contacted helpline number and asked whether it is a fault or not.
They told me to visit service centre.
I one second visited service centre and told them I've confirmed this is a fault.
Then they sent my device to head office.
They also confirmed there is a hardware fault.
I've called helpline number and asked about repair status.
Theu confirmed the hardware fault.
