It's full of manufacturing defects,
And sony will not make replacement,
I had bought a new sony Xperia m5 dual only one month before,
The proximity sensor doesn't work properly,
When I ask replacement they are telling that they will repair and give it to me,
Is it my fate to use a repaired phone where it has manufacturing fault.
I have also faced this problem and I submitted my device to Sony Service Center and they repaired the software and after that proximity sensor started working, It's just a software issue, Don't worry that much ask them to repair only software
FROM DATE OF PURCHASING I AM FACING FRONT CAMERA & BACK CAMERA WHILE USING . I USED THIS PHONE ONLY 4 MONTH . I SUBMITTED MY SET WITH CARE CENTERE AFTER ALL MY BUSY SCHEDULE BUT SONY COMPANY IS VERY THIEF DURING REPAIR MY MOBILE NOT GIVE ME INITIALLY.
MOST INTERESTING IS MANIER TIMES CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE DIVERTED MY SUBJECT AND IGNORE MY REQUEST.
IN FEATURE NO GARUNTEE OF THIS PHONE . SO MY LAST REQUEST IS TO REPLACE MY XPERIA XA DUAL
ALREADY I WEASTED MY 1 MONTH. ABOVE MATTER IS TIME TAKING AND DONT KNOW HOW MUTCH TIME REQUIRED.BECAUSE NO VALUE OF CUSTMER IN SERVICE CENTER AND CARE CENTER.
NOTE-SONY MOBILE OR OTHER PRODUCT IS VERY BAD DONT USE ANY BODY THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT BECAUSE
I HAVE EXPERIENCE OF SONY PRODUCT AND FINALLY I CAN SAY DONT USE OF THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT
