Red Mobile Not Available

My mobile data service works great, the problem starts when I try to call everything perfect at first, but at the pace of the minutes does not allow the output of calls and messages, only a "Mobile Phone Not Available" ad comes out and try everything , From restarts to repairing the software with Xperia Companion.
I hope an early solution
