sim not registering after disconnecting from car bluetooth, m4 dual

I have a problem, every time after disconnect from car bluetooth set, sim 1 isnt connecvting to network it stays in state like it is still connectet to car bluetotoh phone.

I have tested in safe mode, also used repair option. It was working fine till I upgraded phone to android 6... any ideas?
