Hi @Nexusrox,
I'm sorry to hear about that.
If you are located in a country where our eStore is open, I would recommend having a look there and see if you can order a new charger from there.
https://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/shop/
Click on the country you are located in > click on "Chargers & docks" at the top of the page.
The name of the charger that was included with your phone is named "EP800".
If the eStore is not available in your country, I'd recommend getting in contact with your Local support team since they are the experts on your market and hopefully they can help you with getting a hold of a new charger or point you to a retailer.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi @Shen02,
Below you will find the information regarding the EP800 charger!
Output 5.0VDC = 850mA (VDC=Volts Direct Current, mA=milliamps).
You will be able to charge an M4 Aqua with a charger that was included with Z3+ (EP880), Z5 or Xperia X (UCH20).
I hope that answers your question, if not let me know!

Thanks for your information..
If I use Z3+, Z5 or X charger for my M4 Aqua, there's no
effect for my M4 Aqua battery will damage..??
Coz M4 Aqua charger EP800 is slow and take
2hours 40minutes to fully charge.
That's reason why I want to change M4 Aqua EP800 charger to Z3+, Z5 or X charger.

Hi again!
Using a UCH20 or EP880/EP881 will not damage your device in any way, do note that Xperia M4 Aqua isn't listed as one of the compatible devices for these chargers so may not experience that the device will charge faster, it might even charge slower.
I would say that 2 hours and 40 minutes is an excellent time for a full charge from 0% too 100%, the information listed in the environmental declaration is 3 hours and 50 minutes.

Let me know how it worked out for you!

I already try charging M4 Aqua with EP880 (Z3+ charger) and its take 1hour 40minutes to fully.
According with your information about UCH20 charger this device Xperia M4 Aqua not compatible with it even it's support Qualcomm quick charge 2.0.
I think M4 Aqua will fast charging with UCH10.

Thanks for the swift reply!
So it's 1 hour faster with the other charger, that's great to hear!
The Xperia M4 Aqua has no support for quick charge, not 2.0 or 3.0, so charging your phone with UCH10 will not result in the phone using Quick charge.
For quick charge to work the phone has to support either Quick charge 2.0, 3.0 or MediaTek Pump Express 2.0 Plus and be charged with a quick charger, UCH10, UCH12 or UCH12W.
I hope that answers your question and have a great weekend!
