Hi,
I am using sony xperia m dual,
i am facing problem with my touch screen, some time it works n some time it doesnt.
when i am using it suddenly it will stop working. and it will work if i remove n replace the battery.
some times even the battery work doesnt work.
finally i went to customer service center today, looking at the way they wanted to solve the issue i got irritated.
I dont know if its a software issue or a hardware issue. its the same even with them.
They said they will change the software if it doesnt work they will change the touch screen if even that doesnt work they will replace the mother board, is this the way the solve the issues with trail and error method.
Its very frustrating with brands like sony providing such a service.
if they cant find out whats the exact problem how will they solve the problem?

This would really be something for a service agent to look through, however they would try resolve an issue with a device through multiple means. I suggest contacting Sony Mobile directly for more information on there process.
