Transferring content/data from Windows Phone to Xperia

Hi There,

I've been using Windows Phone (Lumia 920) for few years now and just got my first Xperia M5.

I have been trying to move/transfer content from my old Lumia running WP 8.1 to my new M5 but nothing seems to work.

Please can somebody explain how can I do that?
