@BrokenXperiaM4

Charge the phone with a wall charger for 1-2 hours > then start the whole process again.

Hi @BrokenXperiaM4,

Welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear about your M4. Slightly_frowning_Face

If the process was interrupted during an update it may only be partially installed, which is why it cannot start. Please do as Uliwooly suggested as it is likely to resolve the issue. If this does not work, run a software repair using Xperia Companion.

You're stuffed mate - take it to your phone shop for them to repair.

I did this recently and I've had to take my phone back to the shop for a repair - fortunately the phone is less than a year old. It's the second time it's been in for a repair though...I hope it will be OK when I get it back.

I am sorry to hear that @Marcel5 & @yashk98,

If the software repair has not resolved the issue then you will need to arrange for it to be repaired by a technician. I recommend you contact your Local support team.
