Water gets inside SD card slot and SIM card slot

i got my sony m4 aqua 5 days ago .. and yesterday i try to wash it with all flaps sealed but the problem is even all the flaps sealed the water gets inside and my did not open (STOCK IN SONY LOGO)

I'm sorry to hear that but you will have to contact your Local support and request a vacuum test, that will prove who is at fault, if it's a factory issue or a user issue.

In the mean time, remove the SIM and SD cards and don't try to charge it or turn it on, also do NOT expose the phone to heat or hair dryer, sun, etc. you can place it in a bowl with rice
