Xperia M4 Aqua Dual E2363 5.0 Lollipop 26.1.B.2.147 Firmware Issues

After updating my Xperia M4 Aqua Dual E2363 India to 5.0 Lollipop 26.1.B.2.147 firmware, i cannot get into Fastboot mode or Flashmode in windows. It says unable to recognize USB device on windows and the phone goes to battery charging. I have updated the drivers, it was working on 26.1.B.2.129, but stopped after update
any one else having this issue.

Does PCC recognize your phone?

Normally Yes, have not checked in Flash Mode. Need to take backup before i try to repair the phone.

     PCC repair failed. In PCC i selected repair and the phone reboots back to system.

The only option i belive now is to wait for OTA update or i am stuck with the version in have.

Is there any other way to make the phone boot to recover/fastboot or Sony Flash Mode. (both not working after .147 update.)

     I did not want to go to the serive center, so i did some tests.

Ok, heres what i found out. I see even in forums there are a lot of them complaing about not able to get to falsh mode after updating to the latest software on M4. On the latest software (26.1.B.2.147) of M4 aqua dula E2363 the bootloader version is 36. On my phone with great difficulty after trying with different computers and different USB cable i was successful in downgrading to 26.1.B.2.129 using flashtool. In this version i have no problem going to Flashmode or fastboot mode. The bootloader version in this version is 35. I used ftf and flashtool to upgrade from 129 to 147 and ignored the bootbundle, now i have no problem with getting into Flash mode or fastboot mode.

I realised if i upgrade the bootbundle from 35 to 36, i have a big problem getting into Flashmode.

Now i make it a point not to upgrade the bootbundle. Is this some thing that sony can fix in the bootbundle.

It seems I have the same concern

I never tested firmware older than 26.1.B.2.147 with fastboot ,but right now, no way to be in fastboot mode on my M4 ALPHA dual and have answers when using fastboot commands from the PC

I try to find 26.1.B.2.129 firmaware as you did, but after some hours, I feel tired ...

Any link to download this firmware, please ?

you can download any generic ftf of 26.1.B.2.129 and flash only the Bootbundle.

Hello again

May be I should rather use the images in XPERIFIRM - for the moment, the previous Release to 26.1.B.2.147 available for M4 Aqua is the last on the screen of XPERIFIRM for M4 AQUA : 26.1.B.2.104/R3A

but nothing about 26.1.B.2.129

Please, if someone could confirm me the location and the release version, to downgrade from 26.1.B.2.147
