how to increase the maximum sms messaging for xperia x10 mini pro

Please help me on how to increase the maximum sms messaging as after typing in and consuming 1st page for the text message, it will automatically have the mms settings which will not work for me. Also accessibility settings is grayed out and cannot be chosen.. I cannot get the sms settings through opening the message icon and click left navigation key. Please help. Thanks

Hi, there is no way to change it on the default messaging app. You may want to check out Handcent SMS, free app from Android Market.

one more question.. how can I make my mobile phone number as the default number for my phone? i was able to do it with my x10 mini but don't know how to do it with my x10 mini pro

Have a look at GO SMS Pro and Chomp SMS. Select the one that suits your requirement. By the way, there should be Themes available for Handcent SMS app in Android Market.

A reminder .... be cautious on your phone memory capacity.

got this one problem now.. when i receive a text message, i am having a notificatin for the default sms and the sms app which is i find annoying.. how can i have the sms app as the only software or program or how do you call it to be the one to receive the sms only and not the original one.

Disable your default messaging app notifications.

Launch default messaging app, press MENU key>Settings, disable all the options.
