I'm receiving error 2123 when I try to refresh Internet content on my Sony Bravia KDL-32W653A. I have tried several times to set up a new network connection and I get three 'OK's to tell me everything has successfully been set up. Unfortunately the same error still occurs. I have also tried resetting both my router (Virgin super hub) and the TV to factory settings, and this has had no effect. The effect currently is that I can no longer access Internet services such as Netflix etc.
Could anyone advise on what I should do? Thanks.
