I use a Bose soundbar connected to the Bravia though the HDMI eARC, and also to a PC in the same room for music playback connecting to the soundbar by Bluetooth. The PC does not use the Bravia for display.
When the Bravia is turned off with the remote and I'm using the soundbar with the PC, The Bravia periodically takes over the soundbar, disconnecting it from the PC. It's done it four times in the last couple of hours. When it does this, the power LED on the Bravia lights up amber for a short time. It's incredibly annoying because I listen to music on the PC a lot and continually have to switch it back to Bluetooth mode.
Is there any way to stop this? Short of pulling the plug on the Bravia...
...because when I do that (and I do routinely turn off the mains at night) the TV then moans about turning off with the remote, instead of disconnecting the power.
