connecting blu ray full hd

hi i have a kdl-26p3020 tv and have just bought a bdp-s350 blu ray player but i cant get full hd 1080p

am i missing something or do i need to get a new tv?

i have a ps3 thats full 1080p and a virgin media box that gets 1080p

i spent 3 hours trying to set it up  and i only get 546p yet other tvs i tried it with get the full 1080p

Hi,

your tv is HD ready which means it will display images at 1080i and not 1080p, if this is an issue for you then you need to purchase a Full HD set that will display the maximum at 1080p.
