KDL-26S3000 - picture takes 15 minutes to come on - Help!

When i turn my TV on, the sound comes on straight away, but i am left with a white screen for 15 minutes before i get a picture.  When the picture comes on it is a good picture.  Does anyone know how i can fix please?

I'd get in touch with your local service centre for them to diagnose it - details at the top of the page. Doesn't sound right...
