sony bravia

hello , i just got a new sony bravia , and something strange happen each time when i want to watch a 4k movie from my external hdd (i have 4 of them and with each happen the same). Each time i try to watch a movie , the movie stop afther 55 minutes . I-m not able to play the movie again and i don-t know why , anyone can help ?
