Hi rangeel,

I think that you are quoting the chassis model number on a sticker from the underside of the notebook. Have a look for the model number that is either on the screen surround or above the keyboard.

It may be VPCEB1E9E. If so try a Google or contact support.

    Look for a Keyboard still in the housing, a lot are sold this way. Sometimes you also get the Mouse Pad

and other spare parts, power connector, Audio ribbon and many more

Look for a PCG-71311 complete keyboard and housing unit
