my dad laptop wasnt working properly so i tried to reset it to factory settings now all it does when you turn it on it says it is repairing and doing diagnostic which can take an hour it has been more than an hour and still nothing i cant get access to the laptop at all now i think i may of done something wrong please can you advise?
