Hi, i hope someone can help. My above mentioned laptop will not start up. When i push the power button the green lights come on and nothing else happens.
This all started after downloading a Vaio update.
The machine is 2 years old.
Doea anyone have the contact details of a service centre in the uk, unless it is something that can be sorted easily!
