Hello. I have a laptop model SVP1322M1BRI. When i upgraded OS from windows 8.1 to windows 10, my webcam didn't work and this problem happens still to today with the error 0xA00F4244(0xC00DABE0. I think the problem is caused by missing webcam driver. I found driver for my model laptop many times but i haven't seen it. So,Let me know please where i can download this driver ? Or How can i solve this problem in other ways ?Thanks!.
Hi,
Welcome to the Community!
I've had a look and there doesn't seem to be a driver for the webcam. I'll keep looking.
In the meantime can you try the steps outlined here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13753/windows-10-can-not-find-or-start-the-camera
Let me know how you get on.
Thanks,
Drew
I think the webcam driver is included within the Windows Operating Syatem.
Try Drewde's suggestions in the post above.
Did you follow Sony's Upgrade instructions to Windows 10? Only an UPGRADE retaining existing drivers is supported.

Are there and driver errors shown in device manager?
Have you reinstalled the SFEP Driver?
