In an attempt to prolong the life of my NWZ-A829, I thought I'd order a backup cable off eBay. The cable that I received charges OK, but either fails to connect at all to the PC (Unable to start device, code 10), or locks up when reading the contents of the music folder. My original Sony cable, of course, works just fine, with the same USB port etc.
So... anyone know where I can get a fully compatible cable for the NWZ-A829? I'm happy to buy the genuine Sony one if I knew the part number, and where to order it from.
