Lousy NWZ E474

Have just bought the NWZ E474 and think I have a dud.  It recharges within 20 minutes and plays for about 5 -6 hours maximum   Had an E453 before and it was just great.  Long battery life and took far longer to charge.  Where do I go with this.  Any ideas??  Please answer

If you suspect you have a 'dud' NWZ-E474 then I would suggest you return it to your retailer and ask if they can swap it over for another one..
