I recently bought a Sony XDRS-60 radio from Amazon. Everything's great, apart from one thing that's worrying me: if I rub my finger along the front metal grill while it's plugged in I feel a light buzzing/vibrating sensation on my fingertip. Also if I'm on a call on my landline and I touch the front grill or the aerial I hear a quiet hum/buzz sound on the phone.
These things do not happen if the unit is unplugged.They DO happen if the unit is plugged in but switched off.
I am concerned there is an electrical fault with this unit. I already sent one back to Amazon because of this but the same thing happens with my replacement.
Can someone explain what might be happening here?
