random chapters

When i listen to a book on walkman the chapters does not come in order.For example i listen to chapter 5 and then comes chapter 46,what has happend?Jarskaveln

I´ve got a NWZ-E464 Walkman.

I´ve got same problem as above. In the computer are all the chapters in order but as soon as it gets in to the walkman the offen come in disorder, specally a MP3 record.

Does anybody know what we have to do to get the chapters in order ? .
