Hi, I was wondering if anyone else had encountered this and knew of a possible fix. On Bluetooth mode my headphones work fine, but when I try to listen to video through a cable, I can only hear a warped version of any music playing, and when the audio is people talking I can only hear that very quietly. I have tried using two cables, and neither is the one that came with the headphones, so I wonder if that could be the issue, but at least one of the cables functioned normally with these headphones previously. I'm guessing it could be a problem with the headphone jack. Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do about it?
