My Xperia XA1 turn off by itself

The device turns off itself butthe battery is full.  Then, it's hard to turn it on again.

Only it continue turned on if the divice is connected to an energy source.

Someone knows a solution ?

That seems to be a battery issue, maybe it got loose if you dropped it. Either or you might want t get it inspected by your Local Support
