No sound from speaker

El problema esque estaba normalmente jugando un videojuego, hasta que el sonido ya no se escuchaba, pense que era algun bug del juego y no lo tome en cuenta, pero al salir y ver videos, y entre otras cosas, tampoco se escuchaba nada...
Con los audifonos puestos ahi si se escucha, pero el altavoz no....
Me di cuenta que solo se escuchan las alarmas, y no le encuentro sentido de porque solo las alarmas se escuchan, y todo lo demas no...

Just to make sure that you have not enabled a do not disturb mode, is there any change if you press and hold the volume up button for a few seconds? You can also just do a normal restart of the device.

If there is no change, go to Settings > Support > Xperia tests (bottom right corner) > Microphone and speakers. Do you hear anything in this test?

Verifique si esta en algún modo en silencio, pero no, esta normal... 

Lo de la prueba de sonido y micrófono, si se escucha como un pitido, pero dice que el micrófono no pudo grabar correctamente..

Lo cual se me hace muy raro que algunas cosas como esa, notificaciones, y alarmas si se escuchan, pero cosas multimedia como música, videos no..

También me paso algo muy raro... Estaba en el modo normal, viendo facebook, y se escucho por un momento, estaba algo emocionado, pero después de un rato otra vez dejó de funcionar

Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > App info > tap the three dots in the top right corner > Show system. Scroll down and find "Audio settings" > Storage > Clear data > OK. Restart the device and test again.

If it still doesn't work, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion, but remember to backup your data as the software repair will delete all data stored on the internal storage.
