If you use the normal charger that was included in the box, it won't quick charge as it's not a charger that supports quick charging.
Does the device charge slower now than it used to do? According to the environmental documentation it takes around 4,5 hours to charge the device from 0% to 100% when it's turned off using the charger and cable that was provided with the device.
Does this time match up with how long it takes to charge your device?
