Hello sorry for my bad english. İ have sony a1 ultra cellphone. And every using selfie camera app when i start the selfie camera the images freze. Snapchat Selfie Camera instagram selfie camera every time images slowly and freze. All updates are automatically. Where is wrong? Back camera is Fine no problem

Hi @Ca19, let me see if I can help out here!

Have you been able to test the selfie camera using the pre-built camera app to see whether it freezes there as well? Also, have you tried clearing the data for the Snapchat app? This will reset all settings for the app which might do the trick. Keep in mind though that this measure will log you out from Snapchat. Find and tap Settings > Apps > Snapchat > Storage > Clear data > Tap "OK" > Restart the phone.
