Suddenly sim slot 1 stopped detecting sim card. So I inserted same sim card in slot 2, it's detecting. So I interchanged Sim's now another network sim detected in slot 1. So I left it that way after some time i turn on wifi message pops up "sim card removed" and restarts. After restart sim slot 1 empty message again, now no sim card is detected in slot 1, slot 2 is working fine. I have tried,
1. Factory reset
2. Software repair using pc companion
3. Inserted brand new sim card.
Even then sim slot 1 doesn't detect Sim card of any network... #XA1PLUS Just 4 months since purchase WORRIED ABOUT THE SONY QUALITY AND DEVICE Durability... Any suggestions on getting slot 1 working again?
Hi @Metri, I am sorry to hear about this.
If none of the troubleshooting methods that you mentioned has managed to impriove the functionality of the SIM slot, I would suggest that you get in contact with your local support team in order to have the phone sent to an authorized service center.
If you have any questions regarding the service, such as routines, warranty and consumer laws, these type of questions are best answered by your local support team as well, as they vary between markets.

Olvidate.
Forget. The quality is very poor. It happened to me the same with the slot of the SD card and now I do not recognize any. And the photos that I knew in the SD that I used lss I had to download to another device externally from the phone to rescue them. And that was just him. Start of a list of errors and does not have a year of purchased the phone. Quality zero is sony currently

Hi @shubhamxa1plus, sorry to hear about this.
Have you tried any of the troubleshooting mentioned earlier in the thread? For example, other SIM/SD cards or repairing the software in the device using a computer and Xperia Companion?
Also, have you been able to carry out a quick test of the speakers in order to see if the hardware works as intended? To do this, find and tap Settings > Support > Xperia Tests > Speakers & microphone.
