try to reinstall Xperia Companion,  make sure to delete the program properly, 

try to run the Xperia COmpanion on admin privelage, and or try to see if it works on another computer if possible.

А как можно удалить не правильно?

Уже 2 раза переустановил - хватить.

Почему не должен на моем работать? До этого копию сделал.
