Blank Screen

Hello,

For about 3 weeks now I  have a problem with my Xperia ray, before & after phone calls text messages etc, the screen goes blank & I either have to wait at least an hour or take out the battery & restat the phone. Somtimes I can hear it ring but I can't answer. The phone is almost 3 years old & I updated the software last week.

The phone didn't fall or does it have a cracked screen.

 Is there anything I can do?

I'm assuming that this was happening before you updated the software, so if that's the case, try reinstalling the software or resetting the phone and see if that helps.

YOU SHOULD DROP IT OUT AND BUY A NEW PHONE THAT'S WHAT SONY JUST RECOMMENDED TO ME

JUST DON'T DO THE SAME MISTAKE AND AVOID ANYTHING THAT HAS THE SONY LOGO ON IT

Hey flying high it's not a curable problem.....and Sony service really s***s..... Any way u can take the calls by pressing volume up button
