Experia Z1 C6903 Android 4.3

I recently bought the new Z1.

Earlier in the same the new Android 4.3 was accounced and released for this device.

However, I still did not receive the update. Not via PC Companion, nor via OTA.

Why is this?

Hmm. well that explains something. But not the fact that other dutch owners actually did receive the update already. When will the update be available in the netherlands?

There is no specific date,it differs from carrier to carrier and from country to country.
