I wanna connect my 1tb wd external portable hard disk(having only usb port) to ma phone(Xperia P) through OTG. As it shows the message, "excessive power consumption" and doesn't let the access to hard disk, i wanna create an external power source for ma hard disk so that it need not have to take the dc current from ma phone battery and access it through phone by connecting it using otg. Is it possible to do it without a pc as the hard disk has got kinda undetachable usb port cable only to plug-in.?! If Yes, what are the things i need and how can i make it work.?!
