how to get back to stock rom

I am running on CM9.1 custom rom.

So now i want to know how can i get back to the sony stock rom of ICS 4.0.4

I am using xperia NEO V.

any suggestion to get back.

and i forget to take backup of stock rom.

Please provide me step by step process to get back

after flashing this tft file, my phone became unrooted?? or it is rooted??

The error you're getting is due to bootloader being unlocked.

Either use flashtool to flash your phone or reclock your bootloader

how to reclock bootloader

i am on 4.1.B.0.587 (Nordic version) .
