We have two of these phones, and have been very pleased with them. However, the last one purchased in August suddenly became completely unstable and quite useless.
We're not sure if it is a problem with the phone itself or perhaps a virus.
Symptoms for this very sick patient: If we turn the phone off and on it automatically starts in connected wi-fi mode. After a little while it loses the wi-fi connection and usually doesn't allow reconnecting. We can no longer install any new apps or programs, it seems to block it.
We decided to reset factory settings, but the phone didn't like that idea so it just turned it self off instead (have tried this several times and always with the same result)
The phone has become slow during most operations and unstable when performing most tasks (the ones it still accepts to do).
After a little while of use it usually stops responding and all kinds of connection error messages appear. The phone is no longer a "stay connected" tool, but more of an "you never know what you get" kind.
Any ideas or suggestions before we send this confused little fellow back for major surgery and service?
