M4 battery drain

Using this phone for a while, I am facing unique problem where battery drains from 100 -98 percent , 67-65 percent, 25-22 percent evertime I charge it.
Any solution please. Can I ask for replacement if it cannot be fixed?

Hi my m4 aqua is extremely hot when I use it and battery got drained too fast my old Xperia C will never let me face this problem. It's like more of a heating device. Battery is very weak and it's microphone is also not working sometimes. I am keep saying hello hello but other person is not able to hear MA voice.

everyone is facing same type of problem in m4aqua dual but sony is not providing any help to their customer.on the name of brand we purchase these costly phones. and facing these types of problem.

My battery drains very faster when I surf Internet. Is there any solution???

That's normal, more so if you are syncing multiple accounts and/or services that require internet access.

But my other mobiles uses less battery life at low battery capacity.

I don't know if the other phones have a lower screen resolution and size, I don't know what other apps you might have running on the background, etc

No I always clear my all background app frequently.

You have a taskiller, or battery app, etc, those apps create a lot more issues and closing the apps will drain more battery as they will reopen soon after you close them. Which phones are you comparing?
