My battery status show my charge wrong

hi to every one

when i charge my battery is up too 100 but if i dont use it for ten minute suddenly show my battery 80% when again i use it

sometimes itself charge to 100 without i charge it , if i dont use it the charge soon descrease to 30

and go to 1% and work for 18 hour but all time show battery 1%

How i repair it?

i update it to ICM but yet it doesn't work currectly:(

Same problem with me..... Xperia sl on jb....
Battery flies away like seconds and gets stuck at 1% for a day....
Sometimes it keeps shutting down like battery was zero.... It's really annoying.... What should i do.... Sony....!!!!!!?????

Try to clear data for eco mode in settings-apps-all,force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).Then restart your phone normally every 1-2 days,it is essential for Android.
