my phone will not boot and when i pug it start then turn off immediatelly

Remove the SD and SIM cards > does it turn on while connected to a wall charger?
the phone is connected to my computer and when I plug in a wall outlet the result is the same
Test different wall chargers and cables, if that doesn't work then contact your Local support
has spent several weeks so I buy a new battery but still the same thing
