Yesterday I dropped my phone in water ( 5 sec ), couple of hours later I came back home and plugged my 'Xperia Z3 Compact' on charge ( from laptop ), it charged up to 12% and then I had a phone call, so I had to unplug it. After I plugged the phone back to a normal socket charger my phone didn't want to start charging.
I let the phone battery die, and then I plugged it on to charge for the whole night ( also left the phone in the box with rice ), but the phone still won't charge more than 1%.
I tried to do hard reset, factory reset and nothing helps.
I am able to turn my phone on, but the battery shows 1% and there is no charging sign in the top right corner.
So I can only charge it when the phone is switched off and only up to 1% ( what also takes a long time ).
I found quite lot of comments about Xperia sudden death, but I coulnd't really find a issue similar to mine.
I just now ordered a Magnetic Charger, to see if it will change anything...
