Screen Damage

i accidentally got the screen of my phone cracked from left corner. when i contacted the customer care they told me tht any kind of physical damage is not covered in warranty..

the company is marketing the phone on terms that it is water proof and shatter proof . so on what basis are the customer care executives denying the warranty.

i am very disappointed by SONY and the answers provided by their executives. if the phone is not shatter proof then why are you marketing the phone on those terms.

shame on you SONY.

Durable glass

If you crack the screen, that film should keep the pieces from falling off and/or cutting your finger
