Screen is flashing

Hi,

As i am facing problem of automatically flashing of screen.And it also showing me power off message for every second..

I m unable to open application as its flashing screen and that pop up message.

When i Press power off button to lock then also it flashes.I have to press for 3 4 time sometimes to lock..

Please help me as soon as possible..
